Dec. 5th, 2010 03:09 pmI'm in the market for a new knife block. The one we had from Target has suddenly had 2 or 3 of the steak knives break.
So a new set of cooking and steak/dinner knives will be purchased and I want one that will LAST. For, like, a long, long time.
The question is simple: Henckel or Wustof (or other I suppose)? Which model of said knife? Why do you believe this?
